First encounter to yoga

Since I was a kid, I have been a sporty kinda person, doing every sports possible, my parents take a big part on this. This makes me always close to sport and what form my strength and power now.

Maybe that was one of the many reasons I got into a stiff stage or in yoga terms it is too muscular and I got my spinal and neck problems.

Apparently my neck bones were in reversed position..and my lowerback spine was too curvy inward that it was dangerous and already made me feel so much pain.

That was in my first encounter with my chiropractor that he suggested me to do some pilates. Pilates? I thought what the hell? All the slow motion thingy was just not me. But okay, I joined the class anyway. And oh my dear Lord...my body refused to take them all and hurt! But afterwards it felt great!

And so I continued to do pilates, and then tried yoga for alternatives. And it was not like I used to think about yoga. It was beautiful, relaxing, my mind was set into a good state, and sweats all over. And so I think...this is a damn good exercise! I have to continue this!

Now it's been a 1,5 or almost 2 years after...and I am already in love with yoga. And I continue my journey by taking a yoga teacher's training. The purpose of this training is not only to create new teachers...but for you to study basic principles of yoga and to do yoga properly. From this training, you can do a proper self training first and then you can share the benefits through yoga practice to people. That is the hope.
